In his discussion of the changing climate of Europe over the course of the war, Keynes criticizes the Treaty of Versailles, explaining it does not offer a solution to financial rehabilitation for individual countries and for the Allies as a group. The interesting theories proposed in this book remain relevant in today’s uncertain world.
