After learning about Mabel's circumstances, Seika decides to face Kyle in the tournament finals. Facing the wielder of the evil eye, Seika summons his youkai, intent on ending the match quickly.
Yet even after the heated showdown, Seika's peace and quiet doesn't last long. He's soon asked to investigate the strange behavior of a dragon in the empire's vassal state Astilia. Seika meets the prince of Astilia, who seems to be quite taken with Yifa and promptly invites her to his harem. Soon to be an adult, Yifa must decide the direction she wants her life to go. Worse, the prince doesn't seem up to the task of dealing with the dragon, and he's hired a suspicious band of mercenaries to handle the situation.
